When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Jitbaji will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. All transactions on Jitbaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jitbaji supports a range of local payment methods that are commonly used in Bangladesh. The available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your Jitbaji account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Jitbaji support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, Jitbaji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may also choose to close your own Jitbaji account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive balance, Jitbaji will process a withdrawal of your remaining funds to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been met.

Jitbaji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, Jitbaji will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Jitbaji platform after any changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
